If Not Now, When?

Imagine you could play within this life as your authentic self; open, free, and in complete comfort with who ‘you’ are. Able to enter into it all with sheer abandonment, unburdened by expectation, worry or fear. Imagine you could sit comfortably and unquestionably in the seat of being yourself, and be completely amused by your uniqueness. To feel your true self reflected back in relation to any other, and know that this moment is enhanced by your presence.

Imagine if, free of pretense or even a twinge of fear, you could be yourself at all times. This is a journey of discovery which starts with getting to know the parts of yourself that remain hidden from the world. In this, you may discover the bliss of being your authentic self, however you’ll also get to meet the parts you’ve been trying to deny, hide and escape from, the pats that remain unheard while suffocating within.

These are the parts that won’t let you down, because no mater what you have done, they have waited patiently for you. So when you stop, and when whatever you are numbing yourself with wears off; there the parts are. They are the voices from within that are trying to be heard, all you need to do is listen. Not just hear, but feel and be there with courage, compassion and curiosity. Only then may true healing begin.

This approach is neither judgmental, demanding, manipulative or controlling. It respects and values each part for its individualities and qualities, while compassionately nurturing its weaknesses. This approach fully recognised all of the parts selfless contribution to the whole. In this, your parts will be liberated, and allowed to reach their true potential in order to contribute even more fully to the whole.

We are the sum of ‘all’ our parts, and only in their liberation may the journey to authentic autonomy begin… are you ready?
